Spirit of Faith Adoptions believes that as Christians, we are called to care for widows and orphans in their distress (James 1:27). We approach every adoption with compassion and personal attention to detail, honoring God in all that we do.

The goal of Spirit of Faith Adoptions is to honor God and love others. Phillip Wurster and his family was inspired by God to form a Christian, non-profit, ethical adoption agency. Spirit of Faith Adoptions is committed to ensuring legally sound, faith-based adoptions. Each adoption is treated with the utmost attention and each birth parent is treated with compassion and respect. Our birth parents are offered free counseling support, as needed, and they are provided with information about their options which include parenting as well as adoption planning. Our Adoption Coordinator provides transportation to appointments, as requested, as well as 24 hr. access via cell phone for emotional support. Whenever possible, Spirit of Faith Adoptions encourages involvement from birth parents’ families during the process. When God intends for a child to be placed with a family, we pray for guidance, wisdom and discernment as we honor Him through prayer and obedience. Birth parents experience the unconditional, life affirming love of Christ through interactions with the Spirit of Faith staff.

Our staff works diligently to keep the costs involved in adoption as low as possible, while continually providing excellent care to our clients. Spirit of Faith Adoptions is a 501 C-3 non-profit organization that is held accountable to the Better Business Bureau and undergoes bi-annual financial audits and administrative audits by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
