| Pre-Service Adoption Training The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services requires all adoptive families to complete a minimum of 12 hours of pre-service adoption training. Spirit of Faith Adoption Agency staff will provide 8.5 hours of pre-service training, at no additional cost to families, on the same day as orientation at the Spirit of Faith Adoptions main office location @ 3315 Centennial Road, Suite A-2, Sylvania, Ohio 43560. At Orientation, we will provide families with information about obtaining the additional 3.5 hours through reading and one on-line training class.
